The kids had a long weekend for mid winter break so on Monday we took a drive down to Ruston Way and walked along the waterfront. Although it was rainy, we had a great time. No one complained and everyone enjoyed each others company. It was awesome! Love these kinds of days! The Conner family joined us as well.
we did a lot of rock skipping!
We were trying to throw rocks to hit a broken down dock way out there. Connor was the only one that could hit it, and believe me, Anna and I tried!(I think I threw my arm out!)

Love those kind of days. And I'm learning that even when the weather sucks, it does everyone good to play OUTSIDE!!
